Processing and shipping orders

Processing of orders:-

• Processing the request takes two days from the next day of receiving the request
• Processing orders on the days of offers and discounts takes longer than usual, approximately 4 days
• The processing period of the product differs from the period of delivery and shipment of the order to the customer
• Then the order is delivered to the shipping company to send it to the customer
• Orders within the city of Jeddah are delivered from one to two days after the delivery company received the order
• Orders outside the city of Jeddah are delivered within 3 to 4 days of receiving the order by the shipping company

• Internal shipping via Aramex within 5 working days 28 riyals home delivery
• [Receive your order from Red Box smart lockers at the right time for you (storage for 48 hours) The customer receives his order himself from Red Box smart lockers, not home delivery.
• Shipping and delivery by Lavasta within 5 working days 28 riyals home delivery
