Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it and before production starts by logging into your account and cancelling the order.

When is shipping free?

Free shipping is available on orders of 350 or more.

How do I care for the scarves?

• Hand wash BAREEM scarves gently.
• Use cold water at around 30°C.
• Do not use bleach.
• Do not wring the scarf harshly.
• Do not use a dryer; hang in a well-ventilated area.
• Iron at a low temperature of around 110°C.

How long does it take to prepare the order?

• Scarves: 4 business days from order confirmation.
• Abayas: 3 to 7 business days.
• During sale periods: 7 business days for all orders.
